At NUDE Glass, we stand by the quality and design of our crystalline glassware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the glassware in its original NUDE branded box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton with protective padding to prevent breakage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for damage, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
